As a tribute to Chrise and her ability to not only dare to dream, but live her dreams two annual scholarship awards funded by the Annual Chrise’s Dare to Dream 5K have been established.
The first annual scholarship for 2016 was awarded to Jake Kennis. a 2016 FTHS graduating senior who is pursuing his studies at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ.
The second annual scholarship for 2016 was awarded to Giselle Maragoto a 2016 FTHS graduating senior who is pursuing her studies at TCNJ in Ewing, NJ.
It is the desire of Chrise’s family and friends to help others succeed and realize their dreams. We would like to thank all of the Dare to Dream applicants. You are a source of pride for your family and the Freehold community. You have touched our hearts forever; your future is brighter than you could have ever imagined.
